António Belo Santos is an accomplished businessman, entrepreneur, lawyer, and published author.

Currently António manages venture capital and private equity investments across a portfolio of companies and advises institutions looking to grow their businesses through M&A, digital transformation and innovation.

Before becoming active in venture capital and private equity, António Belo Santos founded Swissurance Limited in 2011, a company that specialized in the distribution of private placement life insurance (PPLI) for ultra high net worth Portuguese residents. Swissurance Limited eventually became the insurance intermediary for the Swiss Life Group for the Portugal market.

Prior to Swissurance Limited, António Belo Santos advised Banco de Investimento Global S.A. between 2006 and 2011. António helped grow Banco de Investimento Global grew into a medium-sized company, which won them awards for being the best small and medium-sized bank in Portugal for eleven consecutive years.

An avid family man, António Belo Santos spends his free time with family, friends and playing amateur Golf.
